A non-smoker is someone who does not regret leaving the habit and sees no reason to start smoking again. Someone who knows that he can enjoy life and handle any problem equal to or better than when smoked.

You have reached a point where you know that you can live without it, but you still have the feeling of having lost something in your life or if circumstances change you could fall. To combat these false beliefs is the ultimate challenge on your way to the release of snuff.
